My Way or the Highway: Handling Conflict Through Mediation (Short Version)

Dave was asked to mediate a conflict between a leader at Grace Covenant Church and the lead pastor. A division arose early on in the relationship, causing a rift that only continued to expand as the tensions remained unaddressed--neither of them had ever brought this up with the other, until finally, the congregant left the church abruptly.

As a result, Dave was asked to mediate and helped both people talk about the offenses they had with each other. At the end of the reconciliation, both men were hugging each other, and had agreed to tell their church publicly about their dispute and how they resolved it. This is the result of that conversation, which was live streamed at Grace Covenant Church on June 28, 2020.
