Is this the New Southwest Airlines Livery ? N40220

I spotted this brand new SWA at Boeing field. It looks like Boeing uses the registration number N40220 on a few different aircraft to facilitate flight testing until a permanent registration number can be issued.

I am confident the fuselage will be painted before it is delivered to Southwest Airlines.
