Per il compleanno di Simone ho deciso di portarlo sul famoso trenino rosso :)
Vedrai tutte e due le tratte entrate nel 2008 a far parte del Patrimonio dell'UNESCO.

TRATTA ALBULA: THUSIS - ST. MORITZ
TRATTA BERNINA: ST.MORITZ - TIRANO (ITALIA)

Devo ammettere che la bellezza del paesaggio e le grandiose opere di ingegneria ferroviaria, hanno superato le nostre aspettative!
Noi abbiamo acquistato il biglietto sul sito delle ferrovie svizzere e lo abbiamo pagato 12.60 franchi all'andata e 12 franchi al ritorno (biglietto risparmio+abbonamento metà prezzo).
All'andata ci siamo seduti nel vagone "normale", mentre al ritorno abbiamo prenotato (prenotazione obbligatoria costo 5 franchi) un posto nella carrozza panoramica.
ATTENZIONE!!!
ACQUISTATE IL BIGLIETTO SOLO DAL SITO UFFICIALE O DIRETTAMENTE ALLA STAZIONE!!!

I bimbi sotto i 6 anni non pagano.

For Simone's birthday I decided to take him on the famous red train :)
You will see both routes that entered in 2008 to be part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We will also visit:
St.Moritz
Tirano (Italy)
Pontresina

I must admit that the beauty of the landscape and the great railway engineering works exceeded our expectations!
We purchased the ticket on the website of the Swiss railways and paid it for 12.60 swiss francs on the outward journey and 12 francs on the return journey (savings ticket + half-fare travelcard).
On the way out we sat in the "normal" car, while on the way back we booked (reservation required cost 5 francs) a place in the panoramic carriage.

BUY THE TICKET ONLY FROM THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OR DIRECTLY TO THE STATION !!!

REAL ticket prices:

Albula railway
Thusis - St. Moritz (and vice versa): 31 swiss francs (one hour and thirty travel)

Bernina railway
St. Moritz- Tirano (and vice versa): 32 swiss francs, if desired, panoramic carriage supplement 5 francs (about two and a half hours)

Children under 6 years do not pay.
