Taliban Fighters Spotted Using Westernized Technologies And

With little to no resistance, and mass surrendering of the Afghan Armed Forces over the past week, it was only a matter of time until footage began surfacing of a new, modernized Taliban fighter.
Currently the footage provided is unconfirmed, however it is reportedly displaying a group of "new" westernized Taliban fighters. Other footage provided throughout the week has shown Taliban fighters operating Afghan National Army (ANA) MRAP's, Up-armored Humvee's, Aircraft, etc., most of which seems overwhelming. However, in my honest opinion, seeing footage of a Taliban fighter, now armed with plate carriers, NVG's, and other modernized fighting equipment and weaponry, seems more unsettling to me.
Throughout these past twenty-years, the United States and allied forces conducted thousands of operations during the night, against an enemy who was extremely unequipped for operating under moonlight. Taking advantage of these night operations, the United States and allied forces had an extremely high success rate, especially while conducting high value target raids. With the newly acquired equipment, I firmly believe these new fighters may put a damper on the future of armed conflict in Afghanistan.
As the United States withdraw and the Afghan Armed Forces (AAF) surrendering, slightly closing the gap in military strength, as the Taliban fighters have become equipped with billions of dollars worth of equipment. Is it necessarily the United States or any allied forces fault the Taliban are becoming westernized militarily? Or could it be the incompetence of the Afghanistan leadership throughout the past two decades, who abandoned their posts, leaving millions hung out to dry? I'll leave this for you to decide in the comments below.
