For the longest time I have been conscious about the size of my belly, especially if I need to look smart for going out or for a meeting at work.

Here I share some of my tips on how I manage to disguise my tummy when I'm not feeling confident about it or if I have a day where I am particularly bloated. They help me to feel that little less conscious of it.
