Honoring Francine at the 2021 Rose Parade

At 10-years-old, Francine had her whole life ahead of her and dreamed of being a star. After a fatal car accident 2019, Francine became an organ donor and was able to be the star of four peoples’ lives who she saved through her gifts of life.

Francine’s family visited the reimagined Donate Life Rose Parade Float's floral sculpture in Pasadena to see their daughter’s floragraph portrait. Her floragraph is one of 21 portraits that grace this year’s float which embodies the theme, “Community of Life.”
