Expected Value and Hand Ranges in Poker

In the 10th lesson of the "From Zero to Poker Hero" free poker course you will learn about expected value and hand ranges.

EV or expected value is a concept used to describe the average outcome of a given scenario and you can apply it not only to your poker game, but also to lots of your life decisions.

Hand Range is simply all the hands your opponent may be holding in a specific spot. In this lesson you will learn why it's crucial to put your opponent on a range of hands, and not a specific holding.

You will also learn how you can make better decisions when you combine these two concepts of EV and hand ranges.
