Franco Columbu – How to Build a Bicep Peak

At 5'5 185lbs in contest shape, Franco Columbu built a massive physique that rivaled Frank Zane. Franco build his muscle using old school heavy powerlifting style training along with high volume bodybuilding pump workouts. To build the peak of his bicep franco used a very secret technique that can be applied to all arm exercises. This exercise was also used with Arnold Schwarzenegger training for the Mr. Olympia as well as Sylvester Stallone.
