Hey everyone! Today I am sharing with you my labor and delivery story. I was able to deliver my baby completely naturally and I wanted to share with you my labor experience without an epidural or any mediation. I really wanted to be able to delivery my baby naturally, so I was super happy that my delivery went as planned. If you are currently pregnant and hoping to have a natural delivery with no epidural or medication then I hope this video is helpful for you!
