How To Perform Your First Pullup

The pullup is one of my favourite compound exercises. Great for developing back strength along with grip strength.

Follow the progression outlined in the video to help you towards your first pullup. Take your time with the progressions, and learn to engage the proper muscles for this exercise.

1) Bar Bottom Hang
2) Bar Top Hang
3) Negative Pullups
4) Scapular Retraction
5) Pullups
