Seiko 5 SNKL23 Unboxing & Watch Review! ( + Leather Strap )

Unboxing and watch review of the Seiko 5 sports SNKL23 automatic, a Youtube-classic. A watch often thought to be sold out and unavailable, this watch still occasionally pops up on different sites, despite being discontinued. This watch propelled to glory after being featured in an article by Hodinkee and supply has been scarce ever since. That being said, the price is still often under the 100 dollar or euro mark. That makes this watch a really compelling deal to consider. A seriously versatile watch with the ability to dress for any occasion, sporty or dressy. The dressier side shown off on this video with the SNKL23 on a black leather strap by Hirsch.

That being said, these entry level Seiko watches do come with their shortcomings. There are a few specs of dust under the hardlex crystal which was a disappointment. This watch could also have a little more water resistance. But hey, you can't get everything for so little :)
