2. Cloves (लौंग) - 2
3. Almonds (बादाम) - 10
4. Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 10
5. Garlic (लहसुन) - 10
6. Bay Leaf (तेजपान) - 3
7. Onions whole (प्याज) - 3
8. Fennel (सौंफ) - 1 tbsp
9. Cardamom (इलायची) - 2
10. Salt (नमक) - 2 tbsp
11. Coriander Seeds (धनिये के बीज) - 3 tbsp
12. Onions Chopped (प्याज) - 6
13. Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 3 tbsp
14. Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tbsp
15. Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 tbsp
16. Saffron (केसर) - 1 pinch
17. Ground spices (गरम मसाला) - 1/2 tsp
18. Green Cardamom (इलायची) - 4 , Black Cardamom (इलायची) - 4 , Cloves (लौंग) - 2
19. Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 1/2
20. Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन की पेस्ट) - 2 tbsp
21. Clarified Butter / Ghee (घी) - 150 gm
22. Tomato (टमाटर) - 4
23. Lime Juice mixed with sugar (नींबू का रस) - 2 tbsp
