US Army OCS
One of the ways to become an officer in the U.S. Army is to attend Officer Candidate School – or OCS. Located at Fort Benning, Georgia, it is comprised of tactical, team, mentorship, and leadership training. Candidates who successfully complete this rigorous, 12-week training receive formal commissions as U.S. Army officers.
