Hey, TheThings fans! In this video, we’re taking you behind the scenes of one of Netflix’s newest movies We Can Be Heroes.
The new flick relied a lot on CGI to bring their heroic adventures to life - but we wanted to know how this Sharkboy and Lavagirl sequel looked like without all of its movie magic.
We’re going over all the techniques with side by side comparisons to the actual scenes.
How did they make the aliens seem so real? And how exactly were all the hero’s able to fly around so casually?
The new film follows a group of children superhero’s determined to save not only the world but their superhero parents. The adults have all been captured by the aliens, so they’re left to their own devices and newly emerging powers.
We’ll be going over some key moments like the human staircase scene, how they brought Noodles powers to life, and the surprising technique they used to turn kids into adults in the blink of an eye.
The CGI honestly helped us forget that Taylor Lautner didn’t reprise his role as sharkboy.
It’s time to find out how Netflix’s We Can Be Heroes truly brought Lavagirl, Sharkboy and the rest of the cast into 2020.
