Chicken curry for Dosa - chicken Dosa recipe -  దోసెతో తినాలంటే కొబ్బరి చికెన్ కర్రీ

Very tasty chicken curry that is must try with Dosa or even appam

Ingredients:-

Chicken - 1 kg
Poppy seeds- 1 tsp
Fennel- 1 tsp
Fresh Coconut- 1/2 cup
Roasted chana dal - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 4
Green chillies- 5
Oil - 1 tb spn
Cinnamon- 1 inch
Bay leaf - 2
Onion - 1
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tb spn
Tomatoes- 2
Water - As Required
Salt - to taste

Method;
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, poppy seeds, fennel, fresh coconut, roasted chana dal, cashew nut , green chillies fry them and grind into fine paste.

Same pan add some more oil, add onions, salt and sauté it. Now add turmeric , ginger garlic paste, and cook it. Then add chicken pieces, grounded masala paste , water and cook it for 20 minutes. Adjust salt in the last and serve it with dosa, idly or appam
