DBP37: AUGER;ZENITH part three - MAP 12-20 | Doomer Boards community | 2021 | DOOM II megawad

(nope you didn't see a very similar version of this before. This is the only one...)

And this part of AUGER;ZENITH shows why—up until now and into the infinite future—I haven't ventured into the DOOM slaughter mapping subculture.

Some very baby slaughter-style maps here that I'm really not great at. Although, I'd like another shot at MAP15 now that I get that each barrel is actually ten barrels stacked into each other, thus capable of delivering outsize damage. Turns out my chaingun was more valuable than I'd realised (hitscan damages the "walls" that encased the barrels in the room in the thumbnail).

Still, despite it being a bit of a slog, very good fun indeed. A slightly longer section here because of the sheer number of maps between text screens in DOOM II.
