Social Listening with Google Sheets, Twitter and Reddit APIs

Inspired by Spencer Fry of Coach, this social listening template allows you to pull Twitter and Reddit posts for given search terms and hashtags into a Google Sheet.

It outputs top shared URLs, top influencers mentioned, top questions asked, and more.

The workflow required:

1. Sync Twitter to the Sheet using Blockspring (or Supermetrics / Zapier).

2. Set subreddits (or other forum RSS feeds) you’d like to watch for this audience - they’ll automatically pull into the sheet using importXML.

3. Configure keywords and hashtags relevant to your audience.
