How to make an easy DIY Snuffle Mat! (No Mat Base Needed)

During this quarantine my puppy Rue has been just as bored as me some days. So I thought of buying a snuffle mat to help keep him entertained, but thought I should try just making it instead. And voila, here it is! This took me a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
