This is your 20 Minute BodyFit by Amy Bodyweight Power Workout! This is Day #17 of your Momentum Challenge. Today we are bringing the power to your workout. It is short and sweet, but with all bodyweight exercises and adding some power intervals as we go. You don't need any equipment for this workout, just some space to move. Are you ready? Let's do it!
