👉🏽 “I got tired of not recognizing myself… tired in my body, my mind, and my spirit. I knew I was made for more—but I wasn’t living like it. I stopped sitting on the sidelines of my own story.”

💬 What keeps you motivated and consistent, even on the hard days?
👉🏽 “Truth? I’m not always motivated—but I’m disciplined. I remember what it felt like to be stuck… and I refuse to go back. My faith carries me, and my family is watching. I didn’t come this far just to play small.”

💬 What is one mental or physical health tip you would share?
👉🏽 “Start before you feel ready. Start messy. Stay consistent. And stop comparing—comparison will kill your progress. Grace… not excuses.”

💬 What would you say to someone who feels stuck right now?
👉🏽 “You’re not stuck—you’re just staying in what’s familiar. You don’t need a full plan… you need one decision. The version of you on the other side? She’s stronger than you think.”
