Hey Y'all!! We've been living in this AirBnB for 6 weeks now, and we're finally moving out and closing on the new house TODAY (video was filmed 2 days ago)!! I can't believe it!! I wanted to film this What I Eat in a Day video to give you some easy and healthy meal ideas that you can make in under 5 minutes. As you see in the video, we only had one burner working on the stovetop, so it was imperative that I keep our meals basic with minimal ingredients.
