Hello and welcome back all my dragon ball theorist, Zamasu is one of the most terrifying villains to ever appear in the dragon ball franchise. Realistically of all the viallins, he came the closest to actually winning and accomplishing his Zero Mortal plan. A villain so calculating he realized the only way to see this plan through was to seek out himself in the future and join forces. The first wish wasn't enough, attaining Goku's body gave him access to insane power but a scheme as grand as the Zero Mortal plan needed help. This is when he utilized the time ring for future Zamasu to collect the Dragon Balls again instantly and wish for immortality.

This perfect duo would then go to each Universe to assassinate all the Supreme Kai's removing their gods of destruction and angels. Making them the dominant force in the multiverse. These first 2 wishes are perfectly clear and understood but what if I told you there are small clues of a 3rd unspoken wish. In fact it is implied a 3rd wish was made. One thing that has bothered me is how Zamasu destroyed the Super Dragon Balls so their wishes couldn't be undone. I mean Zamasu and Goku Black are strong but how can they destroy something that has infinite power to
grant ANY wish. These Dragon Balls even posses the power to undo Zeno erasing Universes, there is literally nothing they can't do.
So it makes sense that they wouldn't want the Super Dragon Balls to undo their work like they did by reversing Zeno erasing the Universes. However how did they do it, we know that if even one Dragon Ball is missing then you can't summon the Dragon. So if Zamasu and Goku Black possessed the power to destroy one of the Super Dragon Balls that would be enough. Which they didn't do because they don't have enough power. That is why they gathered them all again that 3rd time. They even admit to doing it, "We found the Super Dragon Balls once more and shattered them"
