How to buy vehicle from canteen

In this video you will you will learn about, How you can purchase vehicle from Canteen (CSD). You can purchase Bike or car from canteen through Canteen Stores Depot. By watching the video till the end you will be able to purchase the vehicle from the canteen.

Required documents for purchasing vehicle-

🎯Availability certificate from dealer which is registered on CSD website.
🎯Pan Card
🎯Grocery Card (You cannot purchase vehicle with you Liquor card)
🎯 ID card
🎯Summary sheet (will be generated after placing of demand.)
For purchasing vehicle through CSD first you have to register on Csd website. If you don’t know how you can register on the CSD website then you can watch the video with the below given link.

After registering on the CSD website an approval message will come on your mobile. After that you have to open the CSD website and choose the vehicle which you want to purchase after that you have to enter asked details then you have to upload your pan card and Availability certificate and after that you have to check all your details and make payment.
After making payment your vehicle order will be placed and in order status it will show processing. After 2-3 days you will get approval and your order status will change from Processing to Released. After that you have to go to the Canteen with the document mentioned above. They will give you the Supply order. After that you have to go to the Dealer with the supply order and the Address proof of your residence. The dealer will give you vehicle at the same time. Keep in mind that Road tax, Insurance amount, Accessories amount you have to give in the showroom. These are separate from the amount shown at the booking time.

Eligibility for purchasing Bike or Scooty-
For purchasing bike or Scooty from the Canteen you should be an Armed forces personnel or Retired from the Armed forces. There is no minimum service for purchasing the bike and Scooty from the canteen. You can also purchase the vehicle through canteen if you have just enrolled in the Armed forces.
You can purchase the 2nd bike or Scooty after 4 year period of purchasing the 1st vehicle .
e.g if you purchased vehicle on 1 Jan 2022 then you can purchase your next vehicle on 02 Jan 2026
Eligibilty for purchasing Car-
For purchasing car through Canteen there should be minimum 5 year of service. You can purchase only 2 cars through Canteen. One car in the service and one car after retirement.
