Airbnb Tour and Review Sanibel island Florida

In this video we not only go through and show you the great Airbnb we are staying at; we also show you things we would change if we owned it. The focus is not to criticize but to show the importance of staging your Airbnb through a guests perspective. We think this is a new property for this owner and I'm sure he will be renovating as time goes on. This was a great opportunity for us to have a paid for get away (we currently have guests renting OUR Airbnb at home). We can see firsthand how others stage their place.

ABOUT SANIBEL:

Sanibel is a beautiful Island located off the coast of Fort Myers, Florida. There is a toll bridge (I believe $6) to get on and off the island, but well worth it! It helps to keep the number of day trippers lower as well. Sanibel Island is known for shelling and clean beaches (we haven't seen ANY garbage or plastic washing up on shore), although depending on the tide there will be at times some sea weed- but it's not gross and slimy. :)
The south west side of the Island is quieter and a more remote get away. Blind Pass condominiums are down from Bowman's Beach with a beautiful private trail and footbridge (about 100 yards) to get to the white sandy beach, two well maintained tennis courts, grills and a beautiful new pool.
