Watch live: UN Security Council special session on the situation in Ukraine

The UN Security Council will hold a session on the situation in Ukraine after a Russian military retreat revealed alleged war crimes in the areas north of Kyiv. Moscow had requested an emergency security council meeting on Monday, but the British Presidency rejected the request and will now also be considered on Tuesday. UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres is expected to speak at the session. President Zelenskyy is also expected to take part.
