RouteRight is a smart bus stop assistant designed for Ohio State’s campus that helps riders make the best next transit decision in the moment with AI agents. Instead of only showing bus information, it uses real or near-real campus bus data, weather conditions, and light or darkness context to recommend one of four actions: take the current bus, wait for the next bus, walk to a different stop, or use TripShot when conditions are unsafe. By combining efficiency, safety, and accessibility, RouteRight turns a confusing moment at the bus stop into a clear, context-aware recommendation through simple physical interaction, with buttons, display feedback, and audio cues.
