York Affinity & Ecoer High Efficient Heating & Cooling upgrade & Navien Tankless water heater

Our client in Lowell MA had requested a high efficient heating and cooling system upgrade as well as a high efficient tankless gas water heater. She qualified for the MassSave heat loan 0% 7 year financing for this project. We installed a York Affinity 98% AFUE modulating and condensing gas furnace. Paired it with a high efficient Ecoer outdoor heat pump system with Ecoer Gateway monitoring system and a Ecobee smart thermostat with 3 room sensors that she can place one on each level of this town home and they communicate to the Ecobee thermostat what the temperature is on each level and it will run the fan to balance out the individual floors for far greater & balanced comfort in situations where one system has to supply multiple floors.
