These chewy , fudgy brownies 🍫 are topped with a chocolate ganache fudge icing🍫 and extra crunchy with 🌈 candy coated chocolate chips. Fudgy Brownies :

-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-2/3 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 12 tbsp melted butter
-3 eggs
-1 tbsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp salt
-2/3 cup + 1/4 cocoa
-1 tbsp corn syrup
-3/4 cup flour
*TIPS:
-Use a sifter for the Powdered Sugar, Cocoa Powder, and Flour for PERFECT, soft brownies

-Preheat your oven just prior to pouring in the pan to prevent overbaking
-Allow Brownies to cool for 15-20 mins just prior to frosting (can cool while you make the Chocolate Ganache Icing )

Chocolate Ganache Icing:

-1 cup heavy cream
-1 1/2 cups semisweet choc
-1 tbsp corn syrup
-1/2 tbsp vanilla

*TIPS:
-Frost as quick as possible while Ganache is still wet for a smooth, glazed surface
-After frosting, chill for 24 hrs before slicing into squares
