Hiking in Dolomites for my 30th birthday, please!

I wanted to spend my 30th birthday with my family in one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. This was my second birthday hiking in Dolomites!

I chose this song for the video because the lyrics really resonate with me as an aspiring yogi. It’s the thought that happiness comes from within! Still, I travel and look outside of myself for experiences. I feel that traveling helps me to go on the inner pilgrimage which is key in yoga. Mountains really are something! :-)
