WWII veteran Jim Leech shares his memories of the Burma Campaign
Jim Leech (9th October 1920 - 13th November 2014) served in the Queen's Own Royal West Kent Regiment during the Second World War, and became part of the British 14th Army in late 1942. Here he describes his experiences during the Burma Campaign, including conditions in the jungle, tactics for fighting Japanese troops and the Battle of Kohima.
