Detailed description of the witness:
I started seeing them in February 2017, until now, it’s daily for most of the time.
One day I received a message through a trusted contact from a military complex/intelligence officer ordering me to take all my cameras pointed to the sky offline,
and I complied for fear of government targeting. I ended up being targeted and that’s why I want the footage online now.
