How Deloitte activates employees to think innovatively

Deloitte encourages its employees to respond to opportunities and threats of emerging technologies. 1,500 Deloitters gathered to listen to four keynote speakers of Singularity University on the 20th of November 2014. These leading technology and innovation experts from Silicon Valley gave tangible examples of how 3D printing, robotics, artificial intelligence, bio- and nanotechnology drastically influence our own lives, our business and thus our customers’. During the event, Deloitte employees could also experience these new technologies through demos of 3D printers, virtual reality (Oculus Rift), Google Glass and drones. It is crucial that we today think about tomorrow's market, because Tomorrow is Today.
