100,000 Yen Special Financial Assistance for Newly Born Baby

As you already knew, Japan government gave 100,000 YEN to all residence in Japan who are registered in their local municipality before APRIL 28, 2020. Since there is a period set for the application eligibility, new born baby is not included on it and its unfair according to some citizen.
