Former gangster "Lito from The Avenues" hooks up with Ramon "Mundo" Mendoza. Among many topics, Lito talks about how, when, and why he joined the notorious Avenues gang in Northeast Los Angeles. The two reminisce when they did prison time together at Soledad and San Quentin prisons in the late 1960's and 1970's. Lito and Mundo were "crime partners" while at the Soledad facility in 1971 and were locked up and shipped to San Quentin resulting from their disciplinary conduct.
