Onion Potato Bread Pakoda

Servings - 6

INGREDIENTS
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 8 grams
Mint leaves - 4 grams
Green spring onions - 40 grams
White spring onions - 30 grams
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tamarind pulp - 2 teaspoons
Water - 50 milliliters
White bread slices - 6
Potatoes - 250 grams
Onions - 180 grams
Gram flour - 140 grams
Rice flour - 60 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Carom seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 120 milliliters
Oil - for fry

PREPARATION
1. In a muddler, add 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon green chili and muddle them with the help of muddler.
2. In a blender, add 8 grams coriander, 4 grams mint leaves, 40 grams green spring onions, 30 grams white spring onions, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons tamarind pulp, 50 milliliters water and blend it well.
3. On a board, place white bread slice and cut it into pieces. Keep aside.
4. On a board, place 250 grams potatoes and cut it into pieces.
5. Transfer, this into a bowl, add 180 grams onions, muddled spices, 140 grams gram flour, 60 grams rice four, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon carom seeds, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
6. Add 120 milliliters water and mix it well.
7. Dip bread slice in it and coat it with it.
8. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
9. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
10. Serve.
