As Hurricane Ida made landfall at Port Fourchon, Louisiana, New Orleans' mayor and other top emergency officials warned residents to stay home and hunker down. "There's nobody coming right now," said Collin Arnold, New Orleans' top emergency official. Watch the news conference.
