Ingredients

1 Full Chicken
Lemon water 1 Tbsp
Green Chilli Paste 1.5 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt (Too Taste)
Kashmiri Red Chilli 1 Tbsp
Tandoori Masala 1 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes 1 Tbsp
Chaat Masala 1 Tbsp
Oil
Some Water
Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp

Cooking Tips
----------------------

Tip no 1:
Premarinating with lemon and vinegar for 30 mins will keep the chicken tender.

Tip no 2:
Adding butter at the end will prevent the chicken from drying up and will keep it juicy.
