Still Clunking? This Might Be the Fix – Ford Excursion Sway Bar Bushings & End Links

If your Ford Excursion still has a clunking noise in the front end—especially off-road—this might be the fix you’re looking for.

I had a persistent front-end clunk and already replaced the bump stops and front shocks, but the noise was still there.

In this video, I replace the sway bar bushings and end links, which ultimately ended up fixing the issue.

If you're chasing a front-end noise, clunk, or rattle on a Ford Excursion—or any Ford Super Duty platform—this is one of the most common and overlooked causes.

Let me know in the comments what you’ve already replaced trying to track down your noise.
