Easy Camping Dessert Recipe

A very easy camp oven dessert recipe. The best part? You probably already have most of the ingredents in your camping pantry. Add some cream or custard to this nice warm dessert and it is sure to be a hit with everyone!

Ingredients
Syrup:
3 Cups water
3 Tablespoons Golden Syrup
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon butter

Dumplings:
2 Cups Self Raising Flour
1-2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Egg
Vanilla Essence
Milk
To Serve: Cream or Custard
