Bruce Lee Jeet Kune Do: I can Hit You Before You Hit Me

Today we are going to talk about Jeet Kune Do JKD, in Chinese 截拳道, or “The way of the intercepting fist”. Jeet June Do is a form of art without any form. It was founded by Bruce Lee on the 9th of July, 1967. Bruce Lee referred to JKD as non-classical, formless form of Chinese Kung Fu. Jeet Kune Do does not has any fixed style, fixed form, or patterned. It is a philosophy with guiding ideas, which means it helps every practitioner to get the maximum out of themselves. The concept is to intercept or attack when your opponent is about to attack. Punch before your opponent punch, kick before your opponent kicks, and do nothing if your opponent didn't take any move.
