*Please note that the agent is at the mercy of the owner and traffic. Delays or rescheduling may be required if the home owner or their representative is not available and/or if unforeseen or uncontrollable situations such as severe weather or severe traffic delays should occur.
PROPERTY SCOUTING and VIEWING SERVICES: For a limited time for the low of $99.00 we will visit properties within the Greater Accra area on your behalf.
*We will video record the roads to and around your prospective property.
*We will make inquiries with nearby residents and businesses concerning the property or home in question. When possible we will communicate in the local language and in English.
*We will Provide video footage of nearby schools, businesses churches etc. that are near the property of interest.
*We can perform one other search of interest that relate to the property on your behalf.
*When possible/available we will record the road and property condition after a heavy rain.
ADDITIONAL FEE BASED SERVICES:

*If and when possible, and for an additional fee we will initiate A BASIC INITIAL land search on your behalf. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE FULL LAND SEARCH. It is just the initial search to see if the land has been registered. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE any LAND without completing the FULL search at the GHANA LANDS COMMISSION. The full search can take several months to complete. The cost of the INITIAL LAND search is in addition to the fee for this service.
