BMW N63 Turbo oil return lines & cover replacement

BMW X5 E70 XDrive50i Turbo oil line replacement
& Oil return cover replacement.

One of the known issue in the N63 V8 engines. Temperature under the turbos get too high and the oil return cover gasket fails under the heat shields. In some cases the heat also causes oil to "boil" inside the return lines clogging them.

Same problem with 550i, 650i, 750i and X6 50i with V8 engine.

Symptoms: Oil leaking under the car between engine and transmission. There is a drain hole above the the rear main seal, letting leaked oil drip down from the V-valley.

(Often misdiagnosed to be leaking rear main seal or upper oil pan gasket.)
