Donald Trump recently issued a "cease and desist" order, prohibiting diversity and racial sensitivity training from all federal government agencies. He had his director of the Office of Management and Budget, Russell Vought, draft and release a letter, claiming that diversity training is "divisive, un-American propaganda."
