Mikrotik CRS312-4C+8XG-RM Fan Replacement

I purchased a Mikrotik CRS312 very recently for test equipment connectivity and found the drone was unbearable in the home office/laboratory. I'm experimenting with replacement PWM fans to see if the situation can be improved, and if the device continues to operate under the 70C max tested/advertised temp from their specs.

It's my first time, be gentle.
-Content is geared towards Novices who may not realize how simple this is.
-No I didn't speak this time.
-I don't know why my "Bench Cam" has problems with the lighting, yet.
-It's not perfect, I don't get paid for this.
