Thrifted Home Decor+How I Styled It-Framed Vintage Postcard Art!

Hi and welcome back to my channel! In today’s video I’m going to show you a recently thrifted home décor item and how I styled it in my home with my current décor. I recently purchased this brand new crate and barrel collage frame at the “Cause for Paws” thrift store a couple of weeks ago. It was only $8.50 what a steal! I used some vintage early 1900’s postcards that I thrifted for $1.00 each for most of the artwork in this frame. I also used an original piece of collage artwork made by a local artist. I also used two vintage landscape postcards that I thrifted for .50 cents each at “The Scrap exchange” thrift store last week. Lastly I used a Van Gogh print from an old pocket planner I had laying around to fill in the last spot. I love how this turned out! I love how all the vintage color tones work together to make a unique statement piece of art for my wall.

You don't have to spend tons of money to decorate your home. There are beautiful, unique and inexpensive second hand treasures just waiting for you. These home décor items can be found at your local goodwill, Salvation Army and other thrift stores in your area. Thrifting for your home can be a challenge but very rewarding and worth the hunt when you find just the right piece for your home! I really love finding boho and farmhouse décor at thrift stores!
