Dream Home Update. STILL NOT FINISHED

My biggest real-estate project is [almost] finished! If you’ve been following me, you know that I’ve been working on my dream home for 3 years now. Like most dreams, our home has seemed out-of-reach with delays and nightmares that ranged from big market fluctuations to a couple wrong door handles. But, also like a dream, we have [almost] conquered the beast, [almost] made it to the end of the rainbow, and are now [almost] celebrating loud and proud! I am humbled by the opportunity that I have had in my life to see the fruits of my labor come to pass. Without my amazing opportunities in sales and real estate, or the support of my family and friends, this dream home would definitely not have been possible.

Investing in real estate for the last 10 years, Chandler David Smith currently owns over $25 million worth of rental real estate.
