Dig A Pony (album: Let It Be… Naked)

The ‘Naked Version’ of this song is mixed far better, but there are a few digital modifications. The timing is subtly corrected in parts, as are John’s vocals in one moment. It’s therefore hard to really judge how the song should be ranked, but the dryer, clearer sound and the edits represent what the song should have sounded like. The lyrics in the chorus are excellent, and I think nonsense lyrics there would have significantly worsened the song.
