How to make a Sublimation Reverse Canvas with no Special Sprays, Coatings or Expensive Blanks

How to make a reverse canvas using a sublimation design. There are a few extra steps involved because you cannot sublimate on a cotton canvas. There are no special sprays or coatings use in my version.
