### **📜 INGREDIENTS:**
- 250g Paneer (cubed)
- 2 tbsp Butter + 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 2 Cardamom Pods
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 Tomatoes (pureed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (for color)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional, balances acidity)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cream
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi (crushed)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Coriander (for garnish)

### **👩🍳 METHOD:**
1️⃣ **Sauté Aromatics:** Heat butter & oil, add whole spices, then onions. Cook until golden.
2️⃣ **Tomato Gravy:** Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, and spices. Cook until oil separates.
3️⃣ **Blend & Simmer:** Cool & blend the masala, then simmer with cream & paneer.
4️⃣ **Final Touch:** Add kasuri methi, garam masala, and garnish with cream & coriander.
