Italy, Rome: a friend does the most dangerous job I'd never do, he's a farrier and working with horses could break you a finger (like it happened to his brother) or a kick could make you paralyzed or worse... A farrier needs from 2 to 10 years of training before putting his first horseshoes. It's a job so risky that you can do only if you have a real passion for horses.
